Our pricing includes 'Pre & Day-of' Event Coordinating.

1. An in-depth consultation prior to your wedding date to help plan the itinerary, reception activities,
musical preferences, and all other minute details.

2. Coordinate with officiant and wedding performers (if applicable) as well as service professionals
(i.e. photographer, videographer, caterer, etc.).

3. Staging of the wedding party prior to the ceremony.

4. Provide prelude music for seating of guests and family, processional and recessional as well as
appropriate and/or selected music during cocktails, meal and all planned reception events.

5. Perform all announcements (as required).

6. Professional sound system, appropriate microphones for ceremony and reception activities, lighting
and/or visual effects.

7. Personalized
dance lesson and choreography session in preparation for your First Dance. This also

Special Gift: CD with your ceremony music and your wedding vows (if applicable), your
selected reception activity music as well as a recording of the toasts! *
